Stolen Footlocker - Reward

Blue/greenish footlocker/trunk stolen last weekend from garage at IMT Dayton Station. They worked hard to break in but it’s all they appear to have taken, probably because the handles made it easy to carry, implying they were on foot. $200 reward for return with original contents. Identify purple item at the top of its contents in your response and we’ll take it from there. It may just be random crap but it’s MY random crap, dammit!
