Looking for Jurors - Legal Focus Group - Temporary

First Court is looking for 15 enthusiastic, talkative, descriptive and opinionated yet fair-minded people from rural southern Iowa, for a Legal Focus Group, taking place online via Zoom. This trial session will be held on Monday, Nov. 21st from 1:30- 5pm Central. We are paying $100 for participation. If you are hired, you may be required to attend a training session a day or two before the event. We will pay you an extra $25 for completing this task on time, for a total of $125. Participants MUST have a computer / laptop with a webcam and high speed internet. Sorry, but Smartphones and IPads do NOT WORK FOR THIS PROJECT. Candidates who are fairly tech savvy are preferred. We need people who can listen to lawyers' arguments and witnesses and then tell us what they think. The objective of the project is to get honest feedback on the facts of a real lawsuit case by individuals in the area where the case originated. We can only select individuals who live in southern Iowa. Any candidates who are interested should contact Lisa through Craigslist and we will email you back application info.
