Are you looking to get onto the ground floor of real estate? This is a great opportunity for 2-3 people. I have a list of leads that I need people to follow up on. Basically, you'll do door-knocking. I'll train you on what to say, what to do, etc. This would be for the Okaloosa, Bay, Walton, and Washington counties. While you drive around, I'll teach you about driving for dollars, which is essentially looking for properties that aren't being maintained to see if the seller is seeking to sell.
