Need a kitchen sink properly installed

Gentlemen Please review pictures. My contractor installed this sink incorrectly. We have been living with a jerry rigged solution for a few years but this has to get fixed. We need this sink properly clipped to the bottom side of the counter top. This job is for someone that does this for a living and wants to pick up this gig without your company taking most of what they charge I can’t have someone who is going to “try to figure it out” Please email me Thank you
