Solar Panel Installer - Entry Level

Long Island solar contractor looking for entry-level residential solar panel installers. Installers will be responsible for assisting with entire solar installation process including roof penetrations, racking, grounding, DC wiring and installing panels. No solar panel installation experience required, but preferred if candidates have experience in the construction field. Entry level position with growing company, training will be provided. 30-40 hours per week with occasional weekend work. Individuals must: -have reliable vehicle for commuting to and from residential job sites -be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights of 1-2 stories -be comfortable using light duty power tools such as drills, impact drivers and ladder lifts. - Maintain a professional appearance and character on job sites -Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner -be able to lift 50 pounds If interested please send a resume detailing experience and availability.
