Found - Large male cat, all black with short hair. Very friendly, no microchip or collar, and not neutered. Found 11/10/22 in Grand Ideas Garden on Bradford St NE. The cat was scared and did not appear to be comfortable outside. It was taken to the Kent County Animal Shelter for safety and will be held as a stray/hold and then admitted for adoption.
