Customer Service Associate for our branch office IMMEDIATE HIRING, FULL TIME M-F 8-5, Temporary to Permanent placement Pay: $16.00/hr, positions in Merrifield Friendly, customer service focus, must have clean record and reliable transportation Essential functions - Providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with customer base over the phone and in person Process customer's orders and returns accurately and efficiently including payments and refunds Maintain an accurate record of all customer quotes and inquiries Requirements Customer service experience High school diploma with some experience and understanding of the sales process a plus Ability to accurately read and process part numbers Some proficiency with MS Office suite Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs Ability to work Saturdays as necessary
