***THE EVENT*** Date/Time: Sunday, November 13, 2022 @ 1:00 PM Game: Mortal Kombat Trilogy (Playstation 1) Cost: $10 Entry Fee ***PRIZES*** Prize Pool will be equal to 100% of all Entry Fees collected. Prizes will be issued in the form of Gift Cards redeemable at Found Gaming. 100% Prize Pool Payout! 1st Place - 50% 2nd Place - 30% 3rd Place - 20% ***REGISTRATION*** Contestants may register at any time prior to 1:00 PM on November 13, 2022. Registration may completed in the store during regular business hours or online at ***RULES*** Format: Double Elimination Bracket - 1v1 - Best 2/3 Rounds - Default Time Limit - Random Stage Select - No Pausing during matches (unless directed to do so by a Found Gaming employee.) After one warning, a second pause will be considered a forfeit for that match. - No Glitches or Exploits Allowed. Players using Glitches or Exploits will be disqualified. “Spam” moves without variation and infinite combos are considered exploits. -One Punch Fatalities will be enabled. -Boss Characters will be allowed, with “Normal Boss Damage” enabled so boss characters will do normal amounts of damage, comparable to other characters - All hardware and games will be pre-tested and provided by the store. Controllers are also provided, but participants may choose to bring their own unmodified PlayStation controller. - Programmable controllers or controllers with Turbo buttons are not allowed. - Bracket seeding will be randomized.
