Job Title: Exterior Property Cleaning Technician Responsibilities: Exterior & Interior Window Cleaning Gutter Cleaning Pressure Washing Roof Cleaning Handyman & Home Improvement Repairs Job Requirements: Previous work experience and ability to be trained Extremely motivated, fast paced & detailed Ability to carry & climb a 40 foot extension ladder Ability to work without supervision Experience operating a boom lift is helpful Ability to work well with others and effectively communicate with various personalities Comfortable working in all weather conditions from various heights Ability to problem solve issues that arise Personal Requirements: Clean criminal history (CORI) Valid Massachusetts driver's license Own vehicle Good driving record Cell phone No smoking in company vehicles or job sites Benefits: Two weeks of paid training as a temporary employee $20.00 per hour Paid weekly Monday to Friday average day is 7:45 am to 4:30 pm Saturdays optional if work is available Paid overtime after 40 hours Job Type: Full-time Website - Familywindowcleaning.com
