Property management company in need of maintenance tech to service properties around Southill, Easthill, Downtown and Trumansburg. Ideal candidate would have plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills. Job entails numerous miscellaneous tasks during the day and requires someone whom likes to keep moving and variety in their job. More than willing to train an unskilled candidate that wants to learn about residential maintenance and construction. Need own vehicle and tools. Willing to work on call is a must and is rotated through a team of 4. On call paid time and a half. Occasional weekend work during the summer and winter during snow storms. We do not lay off staff over Christmas and like to keep people busy year round.
