Need independent consultation/advice re: flooding, sewage backup, mold

Hi. I've got a retail store in Bushwick. I and previous owners of this store have experienced in our basement (retail operations, thankfully, are on ground level): *flooding *water coming into my basement from the apartments side of the building *sewage backup (this happened to the previous owner) I think I may also be experiencing mold, but have not yet hired someone to come in to do testing. I'm really a sales/marketing person, and this is a very busy store. Dealing with these issues goes beyond my expertise as well as time availability. I'm hoping I can find someone who can advise me, an independent consultant/expert who is expert at taking care of physical premises and dealing with landlords as well as other types of service-providers in dealing with the issues like those named above. It would be great if you could take a look at my premises, and maybe help me figure out where a sewage backup might be coming from, where flooding is most likely to come from, look at the drainage and other things you'd look at when equipping a basement space for future water issues. I'd prefer an an expert/consultant working independently, rather than a sales rep who will basically quote me something in the thousands that I then have to discuss with my landlord and advocate for as a non-expert myself.
