Hi. I could use some super/handyman/cleaning help for my store in Brooklyn. Part-time, paid hourly (sorry, on the books only). This occurs on different nights (Tues and Fri). I need my bathroom clean, and toilet paper/paper towels restocked. I may need bulbs replaced. I may have other needs beyond cleaning, so if you have any expertise, experience in the below, let me know: *Cleaning and sealing my raw concrete basement floor. *Power washing the airshafts outside my basement so the drainage remains clear. *Helping me with post-flood or other water issues in my basement. *Painting *Dealing with sheetrock/drywall (ripping it out, replacing it) *Basic plumbing or electrical.
