Yasssssss that's right between '94 and '97 in Long Beach, New York..... I was one of a huge group of people (black people), that left a party and headed to Long Beach around 1 or 2 AM. We filled up a bleacher stand of seats that were on Long Beach at the time. Then someone pulled out cannabis and no one had anything to roll it in, so guys rolled it in dollar bills, and yes we all smoked money that night! Some guys took their shirts off and dived into the water. The ratio of girls to guys was sick! I was 1 of 3 girls and there were approximately 30 guys! We had a fabulous night! Everyone was so chill and I don't recall anyone from that night, because we were all strangers hooking up in the name of FUN! At the time, I was driving a Geo Storm (Black on Black - blacked out windows w/bump in the trunk) If you were out there that night or if you have ever heard anyone mention a night like this, Holla!
