We have 2 bedroom 2 full bath studio right behind the MBTA Sullivan Square orange line station. The rent is $3650 month in which we would spilt. Gas is included in heat. Spilt electric and internet. Couples are fine to rent bedroom. We have washer and dryer unit in the bathroom in the hall closet n which we will share for washing clothes.
Us it’s me and my girlfriend living here. We both work full time jobs. My girlfriend in the morning and home Im the evening time and me I work second shift. I’m 30 and my girlfriend 28 so perfer someone near are age.
