Rehoming Quaker parrot. We named it scout but we aren't sure if it's a male or female. Scouts a little over a year old. I bought him for my wife and it only wanted to have anything to do with me and nobody else. Clearly a one person bird. I don't have time for scout so he is going to have to go to a home with someone who can care for him. We have 3 cages that can go with scout. We are asking 300 for Rehoming....
