It will decide we no longer have need of "a well armed militia." Associate Justice Kavanaugh was passed by Republicans only. Associate Coney Barrett received one Democrat vote after she lied during Senate Confirmation hearings. Same with Gorsuch, who received three. I would agree 100% that all three are more than "qualified." But they all were political agendists as well, in a lifetime position of an institution designed to be apolitical.
