Hello, we are currently searching for a person with experience with general maintenance. Preferably, we would like you to have some experience with; general plumbing/electrical issues, general appliance repair and installation, and general carpentry skills as well. Our company does manage dozens of commercial and residential properties ranging from areas in Fort Walton Beach to Valparaiso and Pensacola as well, so you would need your own vehicle and tools. This will be a 1099 position as well.
