Travel Advisories Additionally, any travelers returning to LA County, or travelers coming to LA County are required to self-quarantine for 10 days. This directive is in furtherance of the State's Travel Advisory, which provides both that Californians stay home or in their Region and avoid non-essential travel and persons who arrive into any Region of California self-quarantine for 10 days after arrival. California, Oregon, and Washington have travel advisories requiring self-quarantine for anyone entering those states. http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/media/Coronavirus/docs/protocols/Directive_Travel.pdf STATE ISSUED REGIONAL STAY AT HOME ORDER IN EFFECT On December 6, the State issued a Regional Stay at Home Order for Southern California went into effect as the region's ICU capacity fell below the threshold established by Governor Newsom: https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/COVID-19/Regional-Stay-at-Home-Order-.aspx. The order prohibits private gatherings of any size, closes in-person operations except for critical infrastructure, and establishes capacity limits for retail and grocery stores.
