This is an IN-PERSON class, with a variety of seating options based on your social distancing preferences. Join Paul Dizmang (accompanied by Geoff Long) for Module 4 of GRI. Paul shares his breadth of knowledge in the real estate industry to discuss the REALTOR® Duties to the Public. He will use real-life real estate situations as learning tools to keep you informed and interested through class. Module 4 will count towards 15 hours of continuing education credit: GRI Module 4: Duties to the Public Fair HousingBean CountingProperty ManagementStaying Safe in Real EstateDay 1- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Day 2- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Water, coffee, and lunch will be provided to attendees. **Continuing education credit and post-licensing education credit are subject to OREC approval. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is offered exclusively to members of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® REFUND POLICY: Refund of tuition {or deposit) will be granted, upon written request received in the OAR office at least ten {10) days prior to the first day of the REALTOR® Institute for which payment was made. For any written request received during the period beginning nine {9) days prior to the REALTOR® Institute up to the start of class, no refund of tuition paid will be granted but will be transferable to the next Institute. Exceptions may be granted by approval of the Professional Development Committee. Students may transfer tuition on request. Any student transferring to the next Institute will be required to pay an additional sum to equal current tuition fee, if increased.
