The 8-limbs of yoga are not an esoteric mystical system of yoga. They are practical and actionable steps (or spokes of a wheel) that help us find peace of mind, wellness within mind, body, and soul, and help us become more conscious of ourselves in the world.
This discussion group invites people of all paths to discuss in a semi-structured and moderated space. Everyone has something to add and everyone has something to gain whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi.

Everyone gets to speak at least once to contribute their knowledge, wisdom, or personal inquiry to the group. Each discussion is standalone so there is no long-term commitment required to join any of the discussions.
The discussion will be gently moderated to remain on topic and is not a personal therapy session.
No pre-requisite knowledge, wisdom, or experience is necessary to contribute and gain from the discussion. Bring yourself, invite a friend, everyone is welcome!
