Small Business Sisters’ Saturday A FREE Outdoor Event promoting mental health awareness Old Towne Petersburg (West Old Street) Saturday, November 26th From 10am – 5pm Lady Labor of Love and Hebron VA Inc is partnering with local businesses, city officials, and mental health clinics to organize the first Small Business Sisters’ Saturday designed to promote women business owners that promote mental health awareness through entrepreneurship while also providing crisis management resources and information to the citizens of Petersburg, VA. Throughout the day, we will feature Novelty acts for kids (magicians, dancers etc.), Live Musical Performances. In between acts we will feature inspirational speakers to talk about the importance of mental health and there will also be booths set up around the festival with mental health professionals and crisis management information. Our Mission is to provide the citizens of Petersburg with a day of individual / family mental health services, “retail therapy” and music while raising awareness to mental health. Our Vision is A city of positive minded families coming together in unity for fun, love and PEACE while recognizing the mental health challenges we are faced with and the resources that are available.
