We are thrilled to have Daniel Lani, Principle of Evergreen Mill Elementary and Director of of STAFFF Leads, share with us on Tuesday, November 8. The Honorable Gary M. Clemens Gary M. Clemens has served as the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Loudoun County for the past 23 years. He is dedicated to implementing customer service programs that provide premium service to Loudoun residents and clients from the Northern Virginia region. Gary has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from James Madison University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University. He has written several articles and serves as a presenter at various conferences related to electronic commerce solutions and court technologies. Gary has served as the president for the Virginia Association of Constitutional Officers and as the president of the Virginia Court Clerks’ Association (VCCA.) He currently serves as the chair for the VCCA Public Relations Committee. Gary serves on the Board of Directors for the Visit Loudoun Foundation and the Loudoun Free Clinic. He also assists several charities with fundraising and community outreach, and coached youth sports for several years .Gary has lived in Loudoun County for 57 years and he currently resides in Leesburg with his wife Maria. They have three sons, a daughter-in-law and two grandpuppies. When Gary has spare time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors, attending live music venues, attending sports events and spending time with friends.
