Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) implemented a major greenfield expansion to their existing 47,000sf multi-specialty clinic, urgent care, and surgery center to transform into a ~250,000sf pediatric hospital with over 120,000sf of multi-specialty outpatient care. The facility offers one-stop shopping for the families of Northern Colorado including pediatric orthopedics and sports medicine, cancer services, behavioral health services, ophthalmology, neurology, cardiology, ENT, urology, and dentistry. The project was delivered under a multi-party Integrated Project Delivery agreement. Renovation: 47,000 SFAddition: 189,000 SFMeeting Location: Attendees must park in the northwest parking lot.
