Come, learn the beautiful art of Furoshiki just in time for the holidays! Furoshiki is the Japanese Art of wrapping goods in cloth; an elegant and earth friendly alternative to plastic bags and disposable wrapping. Guided by local artist, and Furoshiki enthusiast, Keira Alves of Raggamuffin Road Designs, guests will be introduced to the art of Furoshiki while creating their own unique wrapping for holiday, or everyday, gifting. Learn this simple, but essential process, for sustainable living and have some fun with friends! Guests are encouraged to bring 2 small gifts (no bigger than 12” on it’s longest side). Bottles can also be brought for wrapping! $45 per person (includes: 2 cloth wraps- 1 large/1 small, printed instructions, various decoration.) *all materials provided Sunday Dec 4. 10a-12p Mother Crewe Naturals 11 Memorial Dr. Downtown Plymouth, MA (next to Dillons Local) *THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR EVENT.
