Hotel in Miami Beach is seeking a full-time live-in maintenance man. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily Cleaning of all common areas to include but not limited to the following: o Restrooms o Hallways o Exterior of property • Trash Removal in Common Areas • General Vacuuming • Sweeping & Mopping and other miscellaneous incidentals Performs "BASIC" maintenance replacement and repairs in areas HVAC, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other building repairs through daily scheduled work orders. Maintenance man must live onsite. A single bed room will be provided OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Requires a minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO: • Limpieza diaria de todas las áreas comunes que incluye pero no se limita a lo siguiente: o Baños o Pasillos o Exterior de la propieda o Retiro de Basura en Áreas Comunes o Aspirado General o Barrido y trapeado y otros imprevistos misceláneos Realiza reemplazos y reparaciones de mantenimiento "BÁSICO" en áreas de HVAC, carpintería, trabajo eléctrico, plomería, mecánica, pintura, pisos y otras reparaciones de edificios a través de órdenes de trabajo programadas diariamente. El hombre de mantenimiento debe vivir en el lugar. Se proporcionará una habitación con una cama individual. HABILIDADES OPERATIVAS, CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES: Requiere un mínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia general en oficios de construcción, mantenimiento de reparación y reemplazo o trabajo manual. NOTA: se prefiere bilingüe
