This position can be physically demanding and candidates must be able to work in warehouse and office setting. If you're a hard worker and enjoy cleaning/organizing, this is the job for you! We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. This person is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and office spaces. They also aid in daily warehouse duties as needed. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. JOB DESCRIPTION • Organize, cleaning, and preparing warehouse • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization • Complete diary logs into inventory- Report any discrepancies • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) • Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms. • Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture. • Dust and polish various surfaces. • Restock bathrooms with supplies. • Empty trash bins. • Keep track of cleaning schedule. • Control downtime by performing routine maintenance and instructing workers on the proper operation of equipment at customer job sites • Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper uses of equipment • Follows established policies and procedures to insure that the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and orderly at all times HIRING REQUIREMENTS Pre Employment Drug Screening Forklift Certification Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly QUALIFICATIONS HS Diploma preferred A combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required General knowledge of various types of equipment and the ability to work with little or no supervision is required COMPENSATION AND HOURS Basis for unit of salary/pay: Hourly $15-18 Dependent on experience Salary: Salary based on experience and aptitude of candidate Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm Benefits offered: Health Insurance (Health and Vision), 401k Plan with matching, Paid Personal Time, Paid Holidays, Life Insurance, Department ‘Employee Appreciation’ budget, Tuition Reimbursement, Tool purchase program.
