Description

This class is a great intro to the core machines and techniques used to turn a rough board of wood into a usable piece of lumber. In the class you will use a table saw, jointer, and planer to dimension a board straight from a sawmill into a Charcuterie Board that can become a great addition to your home. Additionally some hand tools and sanders will be used to finish off the board before applying a food-safe finish. You will also learn some of the basic concepts behind how wood is milled from a tree.
