TOPIC: Staff Onboarding. In the spirit of Meliora, the AS&E Dean’s Office is piloting a new program to address concerns we are hearing from staff on a broad range of topics. As part of the program, the Dean’s Office will host monthly luncheons for staff to tackle a specific topic and come up with attainable solutions. The format will be a 10-minute discussion of what problems/obstacles exist on a selected topic and then the remaining 45 minutes will be used to identify possible solutions. Attendees will be challenged and guided to identified what solutions are in AS&E’s control and what solutions other stakeholders will need to be engaged in. The group will be limited to 16 and RSVP is required
