The Lucky's Adventures Series was inspired after the author's furbaby was lost while she was out of town during Thanksgiving 2016. Once hearing that Lucky was lost, Elizabeth took the next flight home to search for her dog, while friends, neighbors and even strangers had already started searching for Lucky. Thanks to the kindness of their community, Lucky was safely found after a four-day search. Elizabeth was inspired to share Lucky's magical story of hope, perseverance, love, friendship and kindness.
