We also greatly value military veterans! Trust Consulting Services is looking to hire a part-time Clean Team Member to support George M. Taylor Court located in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Responsibilities: Employees need to be aware of cleaning standards but, will also be trained. Stripping and waxing floors on multiple levels Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas, etc. Must be able to hold a high level of personal integrity and remain focused on the job at hand. Willingness to work at different times of the day. Ability to work well under minimal supervision. Capacity to take direction. Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bending, kneeling, and twisting to perform the necessary cleaning duties as necessary Efficient to finish work in a timely manner. Sweep and mop floors Vacuum and clean carpets Restock, clean, and sanitize restrooms Clean windows and restrooms Removing Trash Dusting Qualifications: **MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK** **MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE WITH CARPET CLEANING AND STRIPPING AND WAXING FLOORS** Janitorial experience preferred, at least 6 months to 1 year Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a drug screen Salary: $15.13 per hour
