Come join community for a ‘movement as medicine’ style session where you are led through basic stages of ‘letting go’ into the place where your body moves itself as it chooses to. Eyes closed if you choose for an intimate dance with yourself and your own expression from within. Or deeply immersive connection - with a dance community to be as wild and expressive as you choose. The space will be held for you to be exactly as you need to.. Then we drop to the floor with mats and blankets to go on a sacred sound journey of gong, singing bowls, drum, chimes and/or voice. This is where you rest deeply into the stillness and be bathed in the vibrations. Please bring a mat, a blanket and some water. All of you is welcome here exactly as you are. Deep sound therapies are not suitable for women in the first trimester, people with sound sensitive epilepsy, active psychosis or severe heart conditions where arrhythmias are problematic.
