Guided Sound Bath Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls & Gong

Treat yourself to deep relaxation through an hour-long journey of sound and vibration created by Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and various other instruments. Join facilitator Evelyn Luviano of Voyage of Frequency for a restorative evening of guided sound meditation. Participants will be guided into a meditative state through the use of gentle breathwork, body scanning, etc. while crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments are played. IMPORTANT: All attendees must bring their own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, bolsters, and anything else you may need to make yourself comfortable while lying down or sitting. Limited yoga mats will be available at event space). Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of event. Dress comfortably (layers recommended). All are welcome. No prior experience or beliefs required. Session is $25/per person in advance. Advanced reservations are encouraged as space is limited. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour cancellation required for full refund. About your facilitator: Evelyn Luviano began her journey with meditation and yoga in 2016 and since then has discovered how transformative these practices can be.
