During this workshop instructor Kristin Field will guide participants through creating 3 natural watercolor paints from plants to bring home! Participants will learn: How to create a lake pigment from dye plants like marigolds and sulfur cosmos Which plants make colorfast paints and which plants do not Steps and ingredients for mulling your own natural watercolor paint Kristin has been working with and studying natural dyes for over 4 years and is the Adult Experiential Learning Manager with the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance.  Class available for ages 18+ Scholarships are available!
