Accurate Pavers is a leading paver installation company. We are seeking a bilingual experienced professional to supervise paver installation crews. Top pay and benefits, salary based on experience. The Field Supervisor coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete projects on schedule. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Responsibilities: Directly supervises 35 to 45 employees in the field including Drivers, Crew Leaders, and installers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include scheduling, interviewing, hiring and training field employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining field employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required Skills and Abilities: - Extensive Hardscape Experience - Must be able to read blue prints. - Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English. - Language Skills – ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. - Excellent Mathematical Skills. - Must possess valid current driver’s license. - Must be able to travel/drive 60% of the time between projects/job sites. - Reasoning Ability – ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
