In 2018, the South Central Texas Organization for Nurse Executives now called South Central Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership brought the Best 25 Nurses to San Antonio. The feedback and support from our nursing community and beyond was so great that it became the birth of our now yearly tradition. In 2019, the San Antonio Nursing Consortium (SANC) began hosting this event and it started with 3 nursing organizations: the South Central Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (SCTONL), the Philippine Nurses Associaiton of San Antonio Inc. (PNASA) and National Association for Hispanic Nurses (NAHN). This year, we are celebrating the 5th year with 16 local nursing organizations!
