Join U.S. Representative G.K. Butterfield and SBA Regional Administrator Allen Thomas for a Small Business Town Hall. Existing and prospective small business owners, business students, and the general public are all welcome to attend. This FREE, open-to-the-public event will highlight small business programs that small business owners can use to help start, build and grow their businesses. Come listen and learn from a Small Business Owner Panel on the opportunities and challenges of running a local business. Small Business Assistance Programs from Pitt Community College, State of North Carolina and the SBA and its Resource Partners will have representatives on hand to address tangible business assistance for local business owners - paid for through tax dollars - and what types of programs and funding are available. Business Owners, Aspiring Business Owners, and Students from nearby local campuses, especially Business Students, are welcome to attend and learn from entrepreneurs and gain real world insights on what it takes to succeed as well as lessons learned from the Small Business Owner Panel.
