Yoga nidra is an ancient technique that works to release the unconscious patterning of trauma and stress. In this practice you will begin with some light stretching and then be guided through a 40 minute yogic meditation done lying down. The 7 part systematic process takes you to a hypnagogic brain wave state where intuition is heightened and strong emotions can be released in a safe and relaxed state, leaving you feeling refreshed, light and clear.
Participants are asked to arrive on time and bring a blanket and a yoga mat. Eye pillows are optional.
