QUEERS, you are invited to a hands on herbal tincture making workshop facilitated by Nico Ruta. This space is for you if you’ve been wanting to learn how to make your own herbal tinctures at home and grow relationship with plants through medicine making. This is an introductory class to herbal tincture making and is designed for beginners. You will be given the tools you need to start (or continue) your herbal tincture making journey. This offering will take place at beautiful, queer-owned plant shop, Plantiitas!
The plant we will be connecting with throughout the evening is LEMON BALM. We will connect to the energy of lemon balm through tea and hands on tincture making. Each person will be making their own lemon balm tincture that they get to take home.
This workshop focuses on alcohol based tinctures. We will be using organic cane alcohol (it is gluten free for our gluten free friends). All supplies will be included.
Please bring water to stay hydrated and a mug for hot tea we will be enjoying together.
