**EARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS NOV. 26 AT MIDNIGHT!** FORMAT CO-ED DOUBLES DIVISIONS B, BB, A, AA, OPEN PRIZES A percentage of registration fees is kept to pay for tournament costs. All remaining money goes into cash prizes 1-5 teams - 1st only 6-15 teams - 1st and 2nd only Over 16 teams - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd OPEN DIVISION PAYOUTS ARE MINIMUM 100% TOURNAMENT PLAY The tournament will consist of pool play in the morning followed by seeded bracket play in the afternoon. Teams will be placed in pools of 4 teams each. You will play each team in your pool once, two games to 21, cap at 23. We may make adjustments to scoring in pool play based on the number of teams registered and pool sizes. START TIMES/CHECK-IN Check-in Opens at 9:00 and ends at 9:45 AM Play starts at 10 AM ADDITIONAL INFORMATION If a division has fewer than 4 teams, they may be merged with another division. NO SANDBAGGING! If you are found to be sandbagging, you will be disqualified from the tournament. For help choosing the appropriate division, see the breakdown below: B is for beginners who are still working on basic skills. Minimal ball control.BB is our intermediate-level competition. Players have limited training on individual volleyball skills. Hand setting calls are not quite as strict, but doubles and lifts are still considered a foul. Consistent 3 hit rallies.A is our advanced-level competition. Players have trained on individual volleyball skills. Advanced setting and serving. Good defense.AA is for elite-level competition. Players have trained extensively on individual volleyball skills. Excellent setting with high-velocity attacks. Float, jump float, and/or high-velocity jump serving. Pinpoint passing.Please do not be late. Check-in closes at 9:45am. Teams that show up 10 minutes late will lose 1 point/ minute to the opponent. After 20 minutes, Game 1 will be forfeited. After 30 minutes, Game 2 will be forfeited. FOOD & BEVERAGES Little League will be running the concession stand. All proceeds from food sales will go to them.
