Every month Bellwether House partners with their sister property Mirabelle Cafe to provide 14 chocolates from their library to sample. You'll learn about the history of chocolate production, the process of making chocolate, the proper eating technique, and discover new things about your pallet you may not have experienced. The tasting experience includes unlimited sparkling water, house made bread to cleanse the pallet, a book for keeping notes even beyond this experience, and a lot of friends. We offer a supplemental wine pairing of 3 glasses to go with the first, second, and third portion of the chocolate tasting. Seating is limited to ensure the best possible experience and time for back-and-forth with the host to learn and discover new things about the chocolates we sample and the makers who made them. This event is 21 and up only.
