Join us for a zen night in the Comedy Park at the Historic Park Theatre in Cranston, RI on Saturday, November 19th from 7-8 PM! ‘Tis the season to give thanks to yourself with the gift of immersive sound & healing energy. While you comfortably lie back on your mat, Maria & Alana will guide you through a deeply healing and relaxing journey within. Join us to fill your cup and gift yourself the restorative and vibrational frequencies that will soothe your nervous system, and wash away the stress of the season. Maria, certified sound healer of Haven Sound will orchestrate an immersive sound experience, utilizing a variety of sound bowls including 6 high vibratory alchemy bowls that are infused with earth elements and crystals, as well as chimes, ambient vocals and more. Alana, Reiki Master/Teacher of Anchored Soul will assist in parts the sound healing, and deliver an energetic blanket of reiki energy to the space, as well as to each participant. This is a multiple healer event! 🤍 Max number of participants will be 60 people, and you will each receive a gift from Alana & Maria! BUT WAIT, there’s MORE! Stay and mingle with us! Each participant will receive a free beverage from the bar in The Park Place Cafe! Your choices include a fall sangria or coffee/tea! maybe dance with the DJ upstairs at The Rolfe or listen to the more “mellow” live music in The Cafe?! Either way, with hope you enjoy this time for yourself. ***Please bring your own mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc. as you will be laying flat for approximately 45-50 minutes.
