Description

We'll start with a meditation walk through the labyrinth where you can connect to your fears of showing up authentically in life, after which there will be a journaling exercise to connect to your higher self. Next we'll move into a Root Chakra clearing and balancing session with sound bath where we'll experience heart expansion and an abundance of love. We'll activate our DNA to regenerate through our blood so we have a supportive environment for new growth and change. Then we'll wrap up with a cacao ceremony around the fire pit or in the hogan where you can hold space for yourself and others in supporting new creation.
