Join the Thrivent Member Network - Great Lakes Region for a movie premiere featuring "Detroit - City of Churches." Detroit, at one time, had more churches per square mile than any other city in the country,serving a population from many nationalities of many faiths. The two-hour film takes the audience on an in-depth look at Detroit’s history from the perspective of 17 of Detroit’s most beloved and iconic houses of worship. Evening Schedule: - 6pm: Doors open and cash bar is available. -6:45pm: Take your seats -7pm: Movie begins -9pm: Movie ends and a special rendition of Silent Night Thrivent is partnering with Salvation Army to host a socks and mittens clothing drive! Please bring new socks or new mittens to donate to Salvation Army.
