Damaged Fence

Hello. We are looking for advice and recommendations about our fence. Unleashed Fencing did not do a good job with installation and would not cover this. They put hollow posts without anything inside. This is second hurricane that easily damaged our fence. We have a vinyl fence, but would like to improve the support for the vertical posts. What is the best option? Wood inserted into the posts? Concrete/ rebar? What? Do you know anyone who can reinforce our fence? Cost?
