Gees.... Ok I'll give you your answer... I thought everyone knew this.........
The midterms never ever get near the voters out that the presidential elections draw. Indeed many people just don't see that midterms as that important and sit it out. Of course they are wrong as can be.
When the supreme court overturns whats been law for many years and leaves it up to the states to decide. Then midterms can infact be more significent to individuals that the presidental election.
Everyone should vote for any election anytime anywhere. Get out and do it.
