Workers needed on a new construction project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This project is a Multi-Family Development that will be constructed through February 2023. All trades are seeking Low or Very Low income residents. Preferred applicants are Section 3 Workers and Targeted Section 3 Workers. These are defined as workers who (1) met HUD’s income limits in the previous calendar year, (2) are employed by a Section 3 business concern, (3) are a Youth Build Participant, or (4) are currently, or within the last 5 years were, a resident of public or Section 8-assisted housing.
