Seeking guitarist to split leads and rhythm in rock/pop/country group

We're a working cover band playing rock, pop, and country hits along with some interesting rock/pop-punk covers of top 40 songs. We've got drums, bass, male and female vocals, and a guitarist/keyboardist. When at full speed, we aim to play out about twice per month - often a little more during festival/party season, a little less in the fall. Rehearsal is once a week, but flexible given that we're all working adults. We'd like to incorporate more keys and accent guitar, so we are seeking a second guitarist. You'll be in charge of guitar on songs with keyboard and sharing leads with our current guitarist on songs with 2 guitars. Our priority is finding someone that gets along well with the group, so if you're more comfortable sticking to rhythm, we can work with that.
