Mavi Unlimited Property Management is looking to hire a part time (full time possible) maintenance technician/cleaner to focus on interior property cleanups at our managed residential multi family buildings throughout the Denver area. The ideal applicant will have reliable transportation, a small tool chest, and a great eye for detail as they look to clean rental units in between tenants to get them in excellent condition for the next renter. Some units will require light cleaning/light dustings, and some will require a few days worth of effort. Every job is different, but in general, our company takes care of small to mid size properties averaging 1000 sq ft. Skills as a general handyman are helpful as well. This is part time work, on an as needed basis, but may lead to full time work in the summer.
