Rehoming 8 month old male puppy

I am trying to re-home my 8 month old male puppy. He is mixed the dad was a pit bull/husky and the mom is a German shepherd/ Great Dane. He is potty trained and kennel trained. He does pull when you take him out on a leash and he does jump alot. He needs alot of training though. He also has separation anxiety. He is a good boy though. I'm asking a rehoming fee of $150 to ensure he goes to a good home.
