Looking for Hit & Run Witness

Looking for witness to Hit & Run I-70 at E-470 Tues 5:40pm. Exiting Eastbound I-70 to Southbound E-470, soft right at top of exit ramp. Blue Ford small SUV (likely an Escape) tried to go around me (black GMC truck) on shoulder and hit my right front with his/her left rear. Ford took off hauling a$$ and I could not safely catch up to him/her. CSP won't even try to investigate. I was on hold for over 20 min while I tried to chase him/her down. Any help tracking this person down is appreciated.
